Refunds

Using coupon code or any discount offers is upon the discretion of the customer.No amount shall refunded or added as credit when not used while placing the order.
The particular order is not subjected to cancellation or refund.

No refund will be made in case of COVID19 restrictions or lockdown implemented by the government. We are bound to follow the same for safety and security.

We take great care delivering the product and every product goes through extensive process of quality check, However if the product has a genuine manufacturing defect we make sure the product is exchanged asap

We will not be able to refund but we will make sure you get what you have ordered .

In an event product arrives damaged please mail at : care@kameez.co  along with the clear picture     within 24 HRS of delivery of the product  our team will revert within 24 HRS– 48 HRS with a solution .

We reserve the consent for exchange of damaged products and is subjective to verification by team online, if required offline.

ORDER ONCE PLACED CAN NOT BE CANCELLED.

1. We do not provide return / refund for any product , we can only facilitate exchange in the sizes for the same product.

2. Our products are made and handled by human hands involving various processes. However, due to different screen displays in every electronic display settings, colours, etc.. Colour difference depends on the screen resolution of the device used by the customer and camera lights, please don’t expect an exchange or return for the same. Therefore, we will not be able to entertain or accept exchange requests under colour difference, fabric material, quality, / tassels  thread and hooks.
